Module 5 - Strengthen Your Tribe & Support Stack

Module 5 - Lesson 2

Build Your Support Stack :

The 4 Layers of Sustainable Support

By the end of this lesson, you will:

  • Discover the 4 layers that make up a full Support Stack

  • Map who is currently supporting you—and where you’re ready to expand

  • Recognize that true sovereignty includes interdependence

  • Share your stack with tribe to open up new support and collaboration

STEP 1: Understand the Truth About Sovereignty

“Sovereignty doesn’t mean doing it all yourself. It means knowing when to walk alone—and when to receive support.”

Trying to do everything solo doesn’t make you strong.

It makes your path slower, heavier, and less joyful.

Journal Prompt:

→ Where have I been trying to “do it all”—and how is that affecting my peace and momentum?

STEP 2: Learn the 4 Layers of the Support Stack

1. Tribe Peers – Who You Walk With

Your day-to-day tribe connections:

Telegram group

Local aligned friends

Accountability partners

Past Launchpad or Retreat peers

These are your walking companions.

2. Mentors & Guides – Who Reflects Vision to You

The people who:

Challenge you to grow

Help you see higher possibilities

Keep you aligned with your mission

Can include Launchpad guides, income coaches, spiritual mentors, etc.

These are your mirrors and activators.

3. Practical Support – Who Helps You Build

This includes:

Co-builders

Skill exchange partners

Income collaborators

Aligned service providers (tech, admin, construction, legal)

These are the hands that help bring your vision into form.

4. Emotional & Spiritual Anchors – What Nourishes Your Resilience

This is the support that keeps your spirit and nervous system grounded:

Inner practices

Embodiment or land connection

Prayer, meditation, journaling

Safe spaces for vulnerability and processing

This is what keeps you steady, rooted, and clear.

STEP 3: Map Your Current Support Stack

Use the 4-layer structure in your workbook:

Tribe Peers: _______________________

Mentors & Guides: __________________

Practical Support: _________________

Emotional/Spiritual Anchors: ________

Then ask:

→ “Where do I feel strong—and where do I want to expand next?”

Write your answers clearly. Be honest. There is no wrong place to be.

STEP 4: Share Your Stack in Tribe

Post in the Telegram group:

→ “Here’s what my current Support Stack looks like—and where I’m ready to expand:

Tribe Peers: _______

Mentors: _______

Practical: _______

Spiritual: _______

Next area I want to grow: _______”

This lets tribe rise around you. New connections often form here.

INTEGRATION PRACTICE

1) Each day this week, pause and ask:

"Where could I receive more support today? What small ask or connection could help me walk further, faster, with joy?”

Then make the request. Don’t wait.

2) Post your Support Stack + where you want to grow

Then reply to at least one other person’s post—offering support, connection, or a shared experience
